Zugboi Roasted Liempo

Zugboi Roasted Liempo at Php 175.00 (600g)

Last Saturday, I was able to taste Zugboi’s Roasted Liempo and Roasted Pata when Ed invited us to join him on a food trip at Zugboi. His friend Alvin Kwan, who is the owner of the restaurant and is responsible for concocting the unique and yummy taste of the Zugboi products, was there to entertain us.

Alvin Kwan is also Zugboi’s chef and earned his Diploma in Culinary Arts at the At-Sunrice Culinary Academy in Singapore. He also trained at Le Cordon Bleu-Ottawa in Ontario where he earned his Diploma in Patisserie.

Aside from Zugboi, he also have a coffee shop along M.L. Quezon Street at Mandaue City. If I’m not mistaken, the place is called City Garden Coffee. I’ve been there once and I also like the ambiance of the place.

What makes Zugboi special and something to look forward to is the unfaltering quality and taste of their roasted liempo and other product offerings. Zugboi promises its customers with the best cut of liempo in town. The standard weight of their liempo, which is 600g is what any customer would be getting when buying Zugboi Roasted Liempo. Unlike other liempo stores in town who have failed to deliver the same taste of liempo on their different branches and just focused on their store franchises, Zugboi’s Roasted Liempo guarantees its customers the best liempo cut with that same juicy and tasty liempo all-year round.

Zugboi Crispy Pata
NEW Product!!! Zugboi Crispy Pata at Php 230.00 (1 kg)

If you were to ask me, Zugboi’s liempo is more delicious than other competing outlets/brands. I’ve already tasted other brands before but it didn’t make any good impression on me and the taste wasn’t consistent. However, this one really tasted great!

Upon purchase, you can see that the liempos are cut in small portions and covered with all those herbs and spices to add to its great tasting flavor. Super yummy!
