Out With The Old, In With Another Old

Huh?!?!?

πŸ˜†

Ever since I got a Torque phone, which I won (consolation prize) from the post I wrote about SM Cyberzone’s Summer Festival Experience, I’ve been using it as a spare phone for my other mobile number and when my sister got a new spanking iPhone 4, I countlessly begged her to donate her BB or her E63 phone but to no avail πŸ™

And then some time last February, she announced that they’ll be replacing their company provided phones and they can buy back their old phones for just 1k. I was ecstatic! Finally, I’ll own a QWERTY phone. I wasn’t really thrilled with the thought of owning one since I know it would be a pain in the butt to master texting from a QWERTY phone (especially while driving) but nonetheless, I was still thrilled πŸ˜† knowing that I’ll be having a new toy.

Nokia E63 vs Torque
the calculator phone or the qwerty phone? what’s your prefernce?

So after waiting for 2-3 weeks, my sister finally turned over her used Nokia E63. I got a new OLD phone! Yey! Actually, this phone is useless when text messaging and outgoing calls are concerned since this one doesn’t have any load πŸ˜† The only time it does have load (only P5-10 max) in it is when I feel that the sim’s about to expire. Other than that, I use this phone whenever I’m lazy too get out of bed and check my emails from Lenny. One thing’s for sure, I love the E63’s ability to allow me to check my emails via my wireless internet connection. Oh, I love my Nokia N82 too much that I’m not willing to give it up yet as my primary phone despite it’s almost bad shape. hehehe

To my Torque phone, I truly enjoyed using your super cute ala calculator shape. But I know you are in good hands with Dookie. To my new OLD Nokia E63Β phone, hello there! Looking forward to more fruitful years with you πŸ˜‰

So, out with the Old and in with another old, weeeeeeeeeeeee!
