The company that I’m connected with had this fitness program where one can receive free Nestle Fitnesse cereal and milk for its 1st 100 registrants. The catch, you have to undergo a 14 day meal plan which involves eating the Nestle Fitnesse cereal for breakfast and dinner. Although I’d also love to shed off the excess pounds I have gained over the years, my top priority was getting those freebies!
So I registered and got those 3 boxes of different flavored cereals which was good for 9 days consumption + 14 Nestle low-fat milk which I can use for the whole 14-day meal plan.
The result? I shed off around 3.72 pounds in just 1 week! I actually cheated and didn’t stick to the diet, but in the end, I still managed to fool their weighing scale. I registered 3.72 lbs lighter on the 14th day. I’m convinced though that the weighing scale was defective. hahaha. Nevertheless, I was glad I tried this diet coz it really worked! And if you were to ask me, I loved the Nestle Fitness Honey & Almonds better than the Nestle Fitness & Fruit cereal.
The bad news is I think I gained back all the pounds I lost and added more since I can’t stop loving good food. hahhaha
