Max’s Celebrated 65 Years With The Biggest Chicken-All-You-Can Promo

And my buddies and I were able to enjoy their sarap-to-the-bones chicken for only Php 165!

As Max’s Restaurant celebrated their 65 years, they aimed to offer an affordable Chicken All You Can Promo to all Filipinos nationwide who have grown to love Max’s and allowed them to be a part of their lives. In fact, I can still remember those days when my family used to celebrate our birthdays at Max’s Restaurant. And when my family felt spending birthdays at home, we just order food to go from Max’s. We simply love their kare-kare and fresh lumpiang ubod! We also dined at Max’s after my college graduation. That’s how popular Max’s Restaurant is, to my family at least 🙂

I learned of this promo from a colleague and when I checked Max’s Chicken’s website, I realized I only had 2 days left to try out their Chicken-All-You-Can Promo. So after watching The Sorcerer’s Apprentice at Ayala Cinema on July 17th (last day of the promo), I convinced Audrey and Ed to try out the Chicken-All-You-Can Promo at  Max’s Restaurant.

our quarter-sliced chicken pieces awaiting for our attack

From June 17 to July 17, 2010, Max’s Restaurant served unlimited quarter-sliced chicken pieces to diners from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on a daily basis and by adding PhP 39, customers can also avail of bottomless Pepsi products from the restaurant. This promo doesn’t include rice though so you have to order it separately.

And while we were eating, their crew gracefully performed a dance number to entertain their customers. I think they did this since this was the last day of the promo 🙂

Ed’s 2nd and 3rd chicken servings

Ed’s 6th serving and all the chicken bones he accumulated!

Audrey finished 2 quarter-sliced servings, I finished 3. Ed finished 1 whole chicken and 2 more quarter slices (that’s 6 quarters in all). After our meal, we had a hard time standing up. hahaha. Ed felt the need to go and  look for a mint just to get rid of the chicken’s taste off his mouth. I think all of us agreed that we won’t get near anything that looked like a chicken for a while after that meal. Bwahahaha. But the experience was fun. I hope Max’s Restaurant will come up with more promos like these to its customers.

Happy 65 years Max’s!
