How I Deal With Anonymous Text Messages

I usually sleep late so when I woke up at 11 am this morning, 1 missed call and 1 message appeared on my phone’s home screen.  It was from an unlisted number and the message said “Hi mwning.,”

I checked the missed call first and it showed an unlisted number. Then I checked my Inbox and found the same number. After reading the jejemon message, I felt pity for the fellow who sent it since they won’t be getting any response from me.

I’m a practical person, you see. I find it a waste of my time and money to reply to these types of messages. If you are thinking what if I know the person and just failed to save the number, then I guess apologies are in order but am still not going to reply to the message. If it’s important, then for sure, he/she/it will definitely call/text back and state their concern.

Sayang ang effort ni ateh/koyah for sending an early morning greeting at 6:39 in the morning. Ang aga! Diri nalng ko moreply…”Hello! Mwning too.;”

How about you? How do you respond to anonymous messages?
