How do I get a replay from Big Time Gaming?

Hey everyone,

I recently hit a 13000x on Sanctuary (Big Time Gaming). A friend of mine contacted them via e-mail and apparently they need some sort of Hash ID to get the replay from my game round. The thing is that I looked everywhere and cannot find any sort of Hash ID. Has anybody ever tried to get a replay from Big Time Gaming and, if yes, would be ready to help me out? ?

Unfortunately they are very lazy when it comes to providing us with replays. I simply stopped asking.

The thing is they answered us pretty quickly, so I thought why not give it a shot since I've never seen a X-win that big on Sanctuary. At least I got a screenshot out of it (I'll post it in big wins)

In the game's settings there's a replay button which shows your last 1 round. Click it will lead to a page that contains the info of that round in multiple images. Make sure to save it because if you revisit the same link a few days later it won't be available.

You'll want to write down that round ID (6th line)
