Can't get enough of Jacobo's Bistro

Today marks my third visit to Jacobo’s Bistro.

Last Saturday, we discovered this restaurant when one of my colleagues mentioned the place after eating there. After I blogged about our experience in Jacobo’s, Audrey asked us to join her for breakfast last Tuesday. We failed to go there since we ran out of time but we ate in Jacobo’s last Wednesday instead.

With me were Audrey, Edcel, and Praline and it was their first time to eat at the place. By the way, they are all my office mates, all of whom are my close friends and one thing we share in common is blogging. hehehe

They really liked the food served at Jacobo’s Bistro and I think we looked crazy taking pictures of all the food we ordered. I haven’t posted any since we used Ed’s cam and I’m waiting for him to share his shots. ehehehe. More pictures soon!

Yesterday morning, we agreed to have breakfast at Jacobo’s today and when I got home I was surprised at the comment I saw from the write up I made during my 1st visit at Jacobo’s. Ms. Febe Ann Concha, the manager of the bistro, left a comment on the blog thanking me for the feedback and mentioned that she’ll give us a surprise on our next visit. I was happy when I received her comment and replied that we were scheduled to have breakfast there today.

As agreed, Audrey, Edcel, Praline and I went there for breakfast this morning and we ordered the meals that we failed to taste during our past visit. Some of them ordered the same dishes and all of us ordered the Pancake w/ Bacon which became our instant favorite.

Chicken Inasal or Grilled chicken is served with garlic rice and sunny side up eggs. I liked the chicken, especially how they cooked my sunny side up egg. 🙂

Tortang Talong con Chorizo

This meal includes garlic rice, tortang talong (hahaha…what’s torta in English again? I think eggplant, fried with scrambled eggs will do) and chorizo 😆 (hmmm…this one’s hard…tsk tsk tsk…cured pork sausage! as per Google!) LOL

he’s camera shy, he said 😆

Anyway, we still enjoyed the meal and the free brownies too! Thank you Ms. Ann for entertaining us. We’ll definitely come back for more! 🙂
