Night Shift or Midshift?

I’m confused.

I don’t know if it’s better to work from 12mn-8am or 5pm-1am.

I need to start my Intensive Practicum. I may have to follow a 10am schedule and stay until 3pm or 4pm. This is the reason why I’m confused what work schedule I’ll follow
