Garbage

While I was driving home, I saw someone throw garbage out of their car and unto the streets. This happened at the Mandaue Reclamation Road. That road has 4-5 lanes on each sides, I think and traffic doesn’t build up on that portion on normal days. I really got furious when I saw the garbage thrown out of their window. I wanted to chase the driver and corner them and lecture them on sanitation. No wonder why our country never progress. There are still people out there who only think of themselves and not of the welfare of others. How can we keep our city clean if its inhabitants are unruly and doesn’t have any moral values. I guess these people deserve to be termed and called as Garbage too! They also deserve to be treated as one. I hate you for messing the cleanliness of our city!!!
